The well-being and development of the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), OBC (non-creamy layer) and Minorities are important indicators of the strength and success of a democratic society. Specific provisions have been made to improve the status of these groups, socially and educationally, so that they can take their rightful place in society. In order to prepare students belonging to SC / ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) and Minority communities to get gainful employment in Central and other services, UGC scheme of coaching classes for entry-inservices for SC / ST & Minorities during the Twelfth Plan is very much beneficial. This Institution has Entry- in-Service Scheme (includes special classes meant for competitive examinations by inviting competent Resources persons) funded by UGC under Twelfth Plan which helps the students belonging to SC / ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer) and Minority communities to get them benefited through special classes by the scheme to prepare themselves for further competitive examinations in Government as well as Non-Government sectors. Mock tests are also conducted for the benefit of the students. This scheme also includes the out-going and pass-out students of the institutions.
