College has two units of NCC-one for boys and another for girls. Boys and girls units. Sri Rakesh Ghosh, Asst. Professor of Political Science is now in charge of the Boys’ wing. The NCC Boys’Unit started from 1949.

  • To provide Leadership in all walks of life including the Armed Forces and always available for the Service of the Nation
  • Activities – Drill, Parades, Trekking, Camping, Rifle Suiting, Leadership, Training, Social Service, First Aid, National Integration Activities
  • All Camps and Trainings are provided under the direct supervision of NCC Army Officers, Staff, Strict Discipline is maintained

Activity and achievement of NCC


In NCC not only the students of our college but also the students of the local schools join and participate in all sorts of social awareness programs. In the beginning of each academic session campaigns are made regarding the ideals of NCC among the students to motivate them. The NCC wings (Both boys and girls) also took part in community development programme. Every year they organized anti-drug and anti-liquor rally in the local areas and participate in various social up-liftment programme. Our NCC cadets participated in the Republic Day Rally organized by the Uluberia Sub-Division during all the past four years and in every year they obtained Champions Trophy.
